Flowers of Greenwich

I drive by these flowers every day.  I have been watching them with an eye on when they will be at their peak bloom.  The optimal day was Tuesday, but it was raining, so I didn't want to get wet on my way into work.  I brought my camera on Wednesday and captured these photos.

This one was taken in the morning.  1/1600th, f/2.8, ISO 100, 70mm.

I think this is just a weed, but it was within the tulip bed. 1/640th, f/2.8, ISO 100, 90mm.
