John & Catherine Folts Mansion. Built in 1867 as a private home, a Folts family member lived there until 1893. In 1893, George (son) and Elizabeth gave the property to the Methodist Church. The church used the property to educate young men and women. In 1940s home was renovated to be an old aged home which it still is (plus many more buildings).
